EDITOR’S NOTE: This will mark the first in a new feature on my site where I shine a light on my digital art and tell the story behind it, what inspired me, how I went about creating it and the tools of the trade I use.
This Year (July 4th, 2020 to be exact) marked the 35th anniversary of the Back To The Future Trilogy. As I recall it was a quiet night with not a lot going on and I was watching the first Back to the Future on my DVD Player.
So my creative juices started flowing and I set to work to create a tribute wallpaper of the series
Since I had no photos of the DeLorean on hand, I used a stock one that was available on The Movie Database and opened up GIMP and let the imagination soar, and a few filters, tweaks and text effects later this was the end result.
